Do you offer a demo or trial?
No, We don’t provide a demo or trial. But you will find all of the live demonstrations, screenshots of the plugin settings, a list of features on our website. You can also see the live demo if you want. Also, we have a free version of our all plugins in wordpress.org.
Can your plugin be used with any theme?
All of our plugins come with its own styles, so it is compatible with all the free and premium themes. But sometimes our plugin styles got overwritten by your theme. If you face such an unexpected issue, feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you. It’s nothing to worry about, and it can be fixed with only some line of CSS code.
Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes. Documentation is available on our website. If you need, we are also happy to assist you at any time.
How long is a license valid for?
All licenses are valid for one year. After this period your license will automatically renew. To get updates and support, you have to renew the License. Otherwise, you will not get any future updates and support. It’s important to keep your plugin always up to date. So renewal is recommended.
What about when the license is expired
After the expiration of your license and if you not renew the license, the plugin will work with its existing settings. You can't change any plugin settings and most importantly not getting any support and security updates.

I don't want to renew my subscription. What can I do?
All of our plugins are automatically renew the subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription, simply contact us at least 7 days before expiration or you can do it on your own from your payment portal.
